PAPER ART
My artistic work with drawing cardboard mainly revolves around spatiality, direction, and movement. I integrate wearability with sculptural form. While working with the material, I use both its flexibility and stability. It is essential for me to build up tension, provoke resistance, and feel the physical power of this bundled material. This determines my research and artistic search.
Meine künstlerische Arbeit mit Zeichenkarton kreist um Räumlichkeit, Richtung und Bewegung. Dabei verbinde ich Tragbarkeit mit skulpturaler Form. Während der Arbeit mit dem Material nutze ich dessen Flexibilität und Stabilität. Absolut essenziell ist es für mich hierbei, durch Spannung einen extremen Widerstand im Material zu erzeugen und die physikalische Kraft des gebündelten Materials zu spüren. Dies bestimmt meine Forschung und künstlerische Suche.
